These customers were looking to down size after becoming empty nesters. They chose a highly desired condo community in Upper St. Clair. They were able to win a bidding war and purchased the property. Soon after they hired an interior design firm to create the space to suit their current lifestyle. The house was all original finishes that were completely out dated. Everything in the house was gutted and removed. Leaving only drywall standing. After reconfiguring the space on the first floor to create an open feeling and giving the master suite a complete new design the process began of reconstructing the interior. Hardwood floors were placed throughout the house.
The second floor loft was dedicated to home office with his and hers separate areas, new moldings and doors installed throughout , new paint throughout, custom tile showers in all 3 bathrooms, master shower is a steam shower with multiple shower heads and a fogless mirror. Also the house was outfitted with audio/video package and smart home capabilities that can be controlled by any device.
