Heather Klippa is the financial officer of TK Construction, Inc. As the leader of the finance department, Heather is responsible for day-to-day financial operations and overseeing all financial aspects of TK Construction, Inc. including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, banking, and business growth. In addition to her fiscal responsibilities, she plays a significant role in managing employee relations, customer relations, insurance, human resources, and employee benefits. Heather spends her time building upon the teams’ strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service. Prior to joining her husband in the business in 2008, Heather’s experiences included banking, mortgage lending, sales, and real estate. Heather is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Entrepreneurial Fellows class of 2013. She attends various construction management seminars to learn best practices and strives to better her team. Heather enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family including husband Todd and daughters Kaylee and Kinslee. They spend a lot of time together in the summer with their extended family at their home enjoying cookouts and warm weather. The family loves traveling to the Outer Banks each year where they own a second home.
