Todd Klippa is the Owner/President of TK Construction, Inc., which was founded in 1999. Todd is an active member of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP) where he is a past President on the Executive Board and remains on the Executive Board as a Life Director, and the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) where he sits on the Executive Board. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders Remodeler’s Council (NAHBR). To better serve his clients and colleagues, Todd is increasing his knowledge in the industry through furthering his education in various areas. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Entrepreneurial Fellows class of 2012. He has received his designation for Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and also has received his designation for Certified Green Professional (CGP). Todd is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and is currently working on finishing the courses needed to receive his Certified Graduate Remodeler designation (CGR). Through his hard work and dedication to TK Construction Inc. he has accepted many awards on behalf of the company, including 2012 Builder of the Year through the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. When Todd is not at work he is spending quality time with his family and friends. He especially likes to take time and relax at the beach in the Outer Banks.
